We are a high‑end residential contractor dedicated to the bespoke construction, refurbishment and restoration of prime properties and period homes in West & Central London and Surrey.

Established in 2005 by Mariusz Gawecki and his father Eric, the company has spent the past eighteen years delivering complex prime residential projects and building long‑term partnerships with private clients and design studios across London.
Our team of engineers, project managers and long‑standing craftsmen brings strong technical and project management expertise together with exemplary craftsmanship, helping our clients’ designs come to life.
Collectively, we have over 30 years’ experience working with demanding finishes – from marble and natural stone to bespoke joinery, glass and metalwork – in some of London’s most prestigious homes.

A chartered member of the CIOB with over 20 years of hands‑on site experience, he combines structured planning with a calm, practical approach to running demanding projects

Eric Gawecki

Eric is an experienced site manager with over 30 years of work on prime residential properties in London.
He oversees day‑to‑day site operations and specialist finishes, keeping sites safe, organised and respectful of neighbours and shared areas.

Initial discovery call to understand your requirements

We review your drawings or brief, during our call to understand your priorities and confirm whether the project is a good fit

First site meeting

We visit the property to assess condition, access and constraints, and to discuss the project with you in person.

Proposal

Once the scope and drawings are clear, we prepare a detailed cost proposal, highlighting key assumptions and potential risks

Face to face meeting to review the quote

We prefer to review our quote with you in person, so we can explain options and answer any questions.

Signing the contract and paying the deposit.

When you are comfortable with the proposal, we agree a JCT contract, confirm dates and take a deposit to secure your project in our programme

Construction phase

Site mobilization and project commencement. On the agreed date, our project manager will visit you and arrange for our team to start implementation of the project. Your dream home will soon become a reality!
